My warranty said I was able to get a total replacement of the water heater. Craig went to get the new water heater, it was damaged, so got another and ended up installing it at 5:30 that evening, no extra charge for all the driving to get another, not damaged, water heater. Can’t say enough about the excellent service.”

The leak below flooded the Master bedroom on the other side of the wall. Who needs a “Smell good plumber” or those “White Glove” Guys when someone like Craig or his crew can and will show up.
